The Wine: a terroir to (re)discover: honeyed nose, with hints of acacia, for this juicy and fresh wine, with a beautiful texture, full-bodied, flavourful and immediate. Quick to drink, it is a delight.

The terroir: 0.25 hectare plot located in the commune of Loché. Soils derived from piedmont deposits. Deep, clayey, neutral soils on residual clay.

Vinification: whole bunch pressing, cold static settling. Long ageing for 23 months, 30% of which for 11 months in French oak barrels with a very fine grain, and the rest in stainless steel vats. Bottled according to the lunar calendar. No filtration.
