The wine: A tapered attack for this wine, which is fresh in its accents, silky, full-bodied, coating and sparkling. It lingers with great delicacy, showing itself to be radiant on the finish. A Premier Cru for ageing. Terroir classified as Premier Cru from the 2020 vintage onwards.

The terroir: clay soils of varying depths, on calcareous marl (brunisols calcisols).

Vinification: whole bunch pressing, cold static settling. Long ageing for 23 months, 30% of which for 11 months in French oak barrels with a very fine grain, and the rest in stainless steel vats. Bottled according to the lunar calendar. No filtration.
