The wine: Here, we discover a full-bodied Saint-Véran, expressing yellow fruits and citrus, with a smoky side that evokes the terroir. On the palate, it shines with its balance, its enveloping structure and its salinity.

The Terroir: Area: 0.25 ha. Altitude: 270 m. South-facing sloping plot. Soils derived from limestone with entroques (Bajocian) and loamy clay with little limestone.

Vinification: Whole bunch pressing, cold static settling. Long ageing for 22 months, 30% of which for 11 months in 100% French oak barrels with very fine grain, and the rest in stainless steel vats. Bottled according to the lunar calendar, no filtration.
