For many years, our approach to winegrowing has been based on an ecological approach, founded on respect for living things and careful observation of the plots. Without seeking to display a label, we have chosen to pursue committed winegrowing, guided by common sense, experience in the field and a requirement for long-term consistency.
Our practices are based exclusively on the use of organic and biocontrol products, with a constant focus on reducing inputs, particularly copper. Yields are deliberately controlled, both per hectare and per vine, using natural practices such as pruning and debudding. Work follows the rhythm of the lunar cycles as much as possible. The soil is preserved by limiting compaction, with most work being carried out manually, except for ploughing and treatments. Since 2021, cover crop trials have been helping to protect and structure the soil, while promoting an increase in organic matter. The maintenance and planting of trees and hedges – 93 trees planted in 2023 – enhance biodiversity, protect the vines and contribute to carbon sequestration. These choices are supported by a committed team.
